Delete your Store Stash Driver account
This page is for drivers who want their Store Stash Driver account and associated personal data deleted.
What deletion does
Deleting your account permanently deactivates it: you can no longer sign in, your company is notified, and your driver profile is removed from dispatch. Your personal data — profile, contact details, and uploaded compliance documents (driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance certificate photos) — is deleted or anonymized under our retention policy. Minimal records we are legally required to keep (e.g. audit and financial records) are retained only as long as the law requires. Deletion cannot be completed while you are on an active trip — finish or hand off the trip first. See the privacy policy for full details.
Fastest way: delete in the app
If you still have the app installed and can sign in, open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.

Email us and we will verify the request and complete the deletion for you:
Or write to support@storestashapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your name and, if possible, the phone number on the account so we can verify it is yours. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.
